A recent report by Bord Bia – The Irish Food Board, confirms the Irish drinks industry is an export powerhouse that currently exports to 130 markets. This is further supported by the introduction of The Irish Food Tech Cluster, by Enterprise Ireland and the Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway Network. This consortium of 7 of the Technology Gateways operating within the food and beverage technology sector, provides a range of expertise for companies who are looking to access research and development within these areas.
