Brennan, Eimer MSc, EPA, RTMA & CTMA
Eimer is a qualified European Patent Attorney with 10 years experience in the Intellectual Property profession. Prior to entering the IP profession Eimer obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from Dublin City University and a M.Sc. in Brewing and Distilling from the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. Eimer has a wealth of IP experience primarily specialising in the filing and prosecution of patents in the fields of biotechnology, food science and nutrition, environmental science and medical devices. Alongside this, Eimer also has extensive experience in patent litigation and in representing clients at oral proceedings, including patent opposition proceedings, before the European Patent Office. Eimer is also a qualified Irish and Community Design Attorney, a Member of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, and an Irish and Community Trade Mark Attorney.
