PurdyLucey Receive Global Recognition For Patent Prosecution Services.

As the saying goes “we are in it for the passion, not the glory” but we will admit, in recent weeks we have been in awe of the glory.

Since 2008, we have grown to become one of Ireland’s top European Intellectual Property (IP) firms drafting, filing, and handling the prosecution of patents in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and internationally with 7  vastly experienced Patent Attorneys specialise in Life Science, Food Tech, Med Tech, Hi-Tech and Engineering projects.

Our work is never complete without the enormous support and expertise of our paralegals and admin staff.  We are a robust team, many of whom have been with us since our early days. We are very aware that we are who we are because of the people we have by our side. Our stellar team.

Ireland Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year

The unending support and professionalism of our whole team were rewarded recently when we were awarded the prestigious Managing IPIP STARS (Managing IP) Ireland Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year in London, in the middle of June.

This year marked the 17th year of the awards ceremony and our second year to receive this accolade, our first being in 2020.

We were shortlisted amongst a wonderful list of our IP peers in Ireland and were delighted to meet our colleagues from around the globe at the event.

IAM 1000 Gold Rosette Holder

More recently, coupled with the endorsement “When it comes to patent prosecution in Ireland, PurdyLucey sits among an elite group. Its team of seven European patent attorneys offers a cradle-to-grave service to longstanding patrons in sectors as varied as high-technology, engineering, and medical technology, which each keep coming back for more, thanks to the firm’s personal approach and impressive track record.”

We were noted as a Gold Rosette Category holder for Patent Prosecution in Ireland. This was further bolstered by the recommendations received by Barry Purdy, Michael Lucey , Mark Carmody and Naoise Gordon.

We don’t come to work for the awards, but when we are recognised for being leaders in our field, it really is a great testament to the work of our team, and for that we are grateful.
